Can you imagine the life without women?

Women are unpredictable. They are changeable.

They might not know what they really want, but they keep looking for until they find it.

They can be powerful and charismatic, but gentle, sensitive and subtle at the same time.

They might see more that others do, which usually is a blessing, but sometimes is a curse.

They are more susceptible to fear, suffering of others and sympathize.  Women are ‘more likely’ to suffer depression and mood changes.

How to be a lady in the current world?

One strong woman said that lady is never in hurry. She moves calm and is confident. She knows her value and everyone around can notice it.

Lady doesn’t have to have make up. She always feel good with herself. She can wear jeans and t-shirt for a party, because she knows her value. The way she speaks and behaves tell more than cloth she put on.

The base of happy life is the feel of self-satisfaction.

Strong woman is independent, brave and never jealous. She knows how much she means.

What does woman need?

To be desired.

To be appreciated.

To feel safe.

To be listened.

To feel seen.

To feel loved.

This is wonderful to be a woman!

On 8th March, we wish every woman to find her place, her nature power, passionate love and inner peace.

Why Merino Wool is Special?

Probably each of us asked this question at least once, especially that merino wool is very expensive. So what makes it popular and unique….?

The answer to this question is – its special properties. Merino Wool has a lot of them. Today, I would like to introduce the first one – Thermoregulation.

How does merino wool regulate temperature?

Let’s start from the beginning – that is sheep – because everything starts with them. They are so cute and fluffy and could enjoy breathtaking views of New Zealand that we can envy them. However, it is an only beautiful view of the country. In reality, merino sheep live in extreme climatic condition of the Southern Alps. There is very cold in winter and extremely hot in summer. Because of that, sheep have “coats” adapted to this climate, which keep them warm and insulated when the temperature is very low and cool them during warm weather. This is not a magic but natural process which is called “Heats of adsorption”. What it exactly mean?
When it’s cold then Merino Wool absorbs moisture from the environment. Thanks to the natural chemical process that takes place, wool gives off heat by heating the user. When is warm then Merino Wool also could help us because is able to releases moisture and due to that it absorbs heat from the wearer. Additionally, it is a very good insulator because of the fibres structure. Due to that merino wool keeps you warm in the winter and has a cooling effect in the summer.

Why it is important?

Thermoregulation is important for each of. However, especially we need to think about newborn babies. During the first few months of their life, they are not able to regulate their temperature. We need to take care of our babies and help in important moments. Merino wool is a great solution for our newborns as it can help them in thermoregulation. The blanket from merino wool can keep your baby warm during the cold evening and remain comfortable in warm days. Your baby will sleep peacefully!!!

Order a beautiful blanket for your baby. Go to our shop and select your colour and size: https://www.merinoforyou.com/produkt/promotion-baby-blanket-60-x-120-only-e99-00/

Why merino wool is so expensive?

Merino wool grows really slowly

Breeders have to wait a long time once the fiber is long enough to shear merino sheep. Merino sheep are usually shorn between August and November to ensure they have a coat for the winter time.

You need more wool to do one product

Due to fine fibres it takes twice much wool to do a merino blanket of the equivalent weight using if using the standard / conventional wool. Flock sizes have to be real big to meet the demand. This is the cost of super soft and its wonderful properties.

Manual work

Each fleece is carefully selected in hand and classed to assess its quality. This is not modified or developed in lab in any way. Only sheep and human.

High Sheep cost

Animal welfare is taken very seriously. Merino sheep have to have free-range farming with adequate nutrition and access to water. They have to a special care, good feed and shelter. Factories are closely monitored for the care of workers safety, rights and ethical trading. Happy and safe animal give best wool.

Is it worth? What is so special about Merino?

Merino has amazing natural properties: super soft and never scratchy, breathable,  naturally fire resistant, easy care, odor resistant, a temperature regulator, is 100% biodegradable  and it provides UV.
